The Cobham chair takes its cue from classic French dining chairs: a tall, gently curved back and padded seat upholstered in soft grey fabric, edged with a line of antique brass studs. It sits on a weathered oak frame with square legs and a stretcher for stability.
It suits farmhouse tables and country kitchens as well as more polished dining rooms, and the grey works with both light and dark wood. It also makes a smart desk or occasional chair.
